Leave a Bequest
We understand that it important to take care of your loved ones as first priority in your will. If you would like to include a donation to Sunrise Children’s Association Incorporated as part of your legacy, we would of course greatly appreciate it. Providing we have your family’s details, we can continue to keep your family informed about our work should they so wish.
If you are thinking of including SCAI as part of your bequest, we recommend that you consult appropriately qualified specialists in this area.
We provide below sample text that might be included in a bequest that sets out, amongst other things, our name, ABN and registered address:
I bequeath [the whole/a percentage/something specific/residue] of my estate to Sunrise Children’s Association Inc. Australia (ABN 23 135 797 643) of PO Box 1211, Unley BC, Unley, SA 5061, Australia, or successor organisation, for purposes that it shall determine, and this bequest will be free from all duties. The receipt of this bequest by any authorised officer of Sunrise Children’s Association Inc. Australia or successor organisation shall form valid discharge to my executor.
