Jessica Deboever, Sydney, Australia

Running for a better life for children, ongoing from September 2019

Jess, who has never run until recently, has made a commitment to herself and her children that she will incorporate running into her daily life. Jessica has said that her biggest motivation in this specific challenge was to show to her kids that if you are committed, focus and if you put in the right amount of work in, you can achieve your goals whatever they are and whichever the circumstances. Jessica recently completed the City to Surf, her first ever race, followed by the Sydney running festival 10km run, and is raising funds to help support 81 children in one of our education scholarship and income generation programs.

Congratulations Jess and keep inspiring others with your running!
